Why femcare.pk exists

A private, judgment-free space to understand your own body — built for women in Pakistan, not adapted from somewhere else.

Most of us learned about our own bodies too late, from unreliable sources, in silence. Growing up, questions about periods, fertility, or your body often had nowhere safe to go — not with family, not with friends, sometimes not even with a doctor nearby.

The apps and websites that did exist were built for someone else entirely: foreign, clinical, disconnected from how Pakistani women actually live, speak, and think about their own health.

femcare.pk started as a simple idea — what if the first place a woman went to understand her period, her cycle, or her body actually felt like it was made for her? No lectures, no stigma, no assumptions. Just clear tools and honest information, kept completely private.

That's still the whole point today.

You shouldn't need permission to understand your own Body.

What guides how we build this

Every feature we add gets measured against these before anything else.

Privacy first

Nothing you track or enter is shared with family, advertisers, or anyone else. You don't need an account to use most tools here.

Judgment-free, always

No question about your body is embarrassing here. Our tone is closer to a well-informed friend than a clinic or a classroom.

Actually local

Written for how Pakistani women live and speak — not a translated version of an app built for somewhere else.

Honest about limits

Our tools give estimates and general guidance, not medical diagnoses. We'll always tell you plainly when something needs a real doctor.

What's here right now

Free calculators for your period cycle, ovulation and fertile window, BMI, bra size, and body measurements — each with a plain-language explanation, not just a number.
