We prioritize your satisfaction at Femcare Store. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from delivery to return the item and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all attached tags and labels. Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be promptly processed within 1 business day. The refunded amount will be credited exclusively to your provided bank account, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
